  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a compassionate Vocational Trainers to join our team and support students with special needs in developing the necessary job skills for future independence. The ideal candidate will have experience working with special needs individuals, a passion for teaching, and the ability to tailor lessons to meet a variety of learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized vocational training programs for students with special needs.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and instruction in various vocational skills such as work readiness, communication, problem-solving, and specific job-related tasks.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with special education staff, counselors, and other team members to ensure each student's success.
  • Adapt teaching methods to support students' different learning styles and abilities.
  • Assist with work-based learning experiences and community job placements.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that supports personal growth and independence.
  • Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust lesson plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in special education, vocational training, or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs, particularly in a vocational or job readiness setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt instructional methods and materials to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
  • Knowledge of vocational training techniques, workplace safety, and job coaching preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
