We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer to develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Responsibility

Requirement
· Experience in training, coaching, or learning & development
· Excellent presentation & communication skills
· Strong knowledge of training methods & tools
· Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role or TTT Certificate.
· Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
· Proficiency in e-learning platforms and instructional design tools.
· Ability to assess training needs and create tailored programs.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement strategies.
· Ability to motivate and inspire learners
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
