  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions including servers, networks, storage, security, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Solution Development: Develop infrastructure blueprints and roadmaps for deployment of complex enterprise systems and platforms.
  • Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance system performance, security, and scalability.
  • Cloud & Hybrid Systems: Architect cloud and hybrid IT infrastructure environments, optimizing resources for performance, cost-effectiveness, and flexibility.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and IT teams, to understand requirements and design solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure infrastructure solutions adhere to industry security standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices.
  • Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration guides for IT teams and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure-related issues, providing optimization recommendations for performance improvements.
  • Budgeting & Cost Management: Assist in the creation of budgets for infrastructure projects, managing resources and costs to meet financial targets.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior infrastructure engineers and other team members.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional) are a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of network protocols, hardware, and infrastructure design.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Strong understanding of storage systems (SAN, NAS), security protocols, and disaster recovery.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and DevOps practices.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
