About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts across the APAC region. This role requires a strong background in SAP recruitment, an understanding of APAC hiring markets, and fluency in Mandarin and English to engage effectively with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end SAP recruitment across the APAC region, sourcing and hiring SAP professionals for various clients.

  • Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and clients to understand business needs and develop hiring strategies.

  • Source, screen, and engage SAP consultants across multiple modules, including SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, ABAP, HANA, SuccessFactors, and more.

  • Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, networking events, referrals, and industry databases to identify top SAP talent.

  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of SAP candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  • Stay updated on SAP industry trends, market demands, and hiring practices across APAC.

  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience by providing regular updates and timely feedback.

  • Manage the offer negotiation and hiring process.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on SAP hiring.

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to communicate with candidates and clients across APAC.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules, roles, and industry trends.

  • Experience in APAC talent acquisition, with an understanding of different regional hiring practices is an added advantage.

  • Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.

  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
