  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This role is working as technical team leader and the solution owner of all SAP

development items, including forms, reports, and any custom solutions.

- Evaluating all business requirements and coming up with customized solutions

- Collaborate with various technical teams to evaluate design alternatives, optimize

design solution and minimize impact to performance.

- Proactively look for changes in SAP technology that need to be introduced to keep

up to date with the platform and application direction

 Manage a team of technical domain experts, providing mentorship and

support to achieve team objectives.

 Proactively identify changes in SAP technology and recommend updates and

directions to stay ahead of.

 Build and develop the technical team to embrace SAP new technologies

including ABAP for SAP HANA (including CDS and AMDP), SAP Business

Technology Platform (SAP BTP), SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Gateway and OData

Services

 Drive the transformation of traditional ABAP programs from legacy SAP ECC

architecture to modern S/4HANA architecture.

 Define the development, integration, and reporting strategy and roadmap,

ensuring alignment with business goals

 Participate in the pre-implementation process, collaborating with internal

stakeholders to capture requirements, propose solutions, estimate costs,

allocate resources, and present recommendations.

 Work with other technical teams on the proposition of each technical

component (e.g. PowerBI)

 Promote the adoption of out-of-the-box solution to improve the value of the

purchased software

 Provide expert advice and direction IT techniques and standard processes

 Estimate ABAP development efforts, providing justification of the prioritisation

and project planning.

 Establish and implement the coding and development standard

 Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions from 3rd party suppliers

 Ensure output delivery from Third Party suppliers to agreed timeline and

quality

 Ensure developed solutions are maintained and supported in line with AIA

Group IT standards.

 Find opportunities to improve applications, streamline delivery process, and

reduce support requirements.

Requirements:

 A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology,

or a related field is required

 8+ years’ experience on SAP ABAP development; 4+ years' experience on SAP

S/4HANA

 Deep understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP S/4HANA.

 Experience with SAP software development tools and technologies such as

ABAP, BW, Cloud Integration, PI/PO, SAPUI5, Fiori, and HANA.

 Experience of at least 5 full cycle SAP implementation projects, with at least

one SAP ECC to S/4HANA conversion or transformation project

 Proven track record of leading teams of internal and external developers,
