Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers in all potential areas through market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new & existing customers, including key decision-makers, to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs, challenges, and current lubricant usage patterns.
- Present product demonstrations and technical information to educate customers on the benefits of the company's oil lubricant solutions.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets for oil lubricant products.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to superior.
Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's oil lubricant product line, including their technical specifications, application suitability, and performance benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies and competitor offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide technical advice to customers regarding oil selection, lubrication practices and maintenance procedures.
Experience Required :
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the oil lubricant industry, preferably within heavy machinery industries or automotive sectors.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of lubricants principles, oil analysis, and various types of industrial and automotive lubricants.
Sales Skills :
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with business owners, customers and close deals.
