Job Description

  • Retrieve / receive information of meetings, events, functions and travel plans for the Executive Director to be slot in daily, weekly and monthly schedule.
  • Closely monitor the arrangements to avoid any clashing of schedules.
  • Remind Executive Director's scheduled plans before they commence and update early if there are any changes to them (from external or the Executive Director request)
  • Event management to ensure all events for the Executive Director is planned and proceeded after confirmation from the Executive Director.
  • Work closely with all head of departments and key personnel in the company to ensure all information of plans are in scheduled with no changes.
  • Understand all department operations to help ease of planning for Executive Director's schedule arrangements.
  • Follow-up matters on Executive Director's request for task related matters pertaining to on work or some off work request.
  • Help book flights, hotels and other travelling arrangements
  • Handle confidential information and delegation to requesting parties when required only.
  • Resolve ad hoc task in all aspects relating to Executive Directors daily operations / work routine.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
