- Developing structure, organization chart, and work culture, and align with MD's mission and vision of the Company.
- Supporting in administration and operation needs to all local and oversea branches of Fairtrade Commodities’s group of companies.
- Ensure employees’ JD comply with ISO standards and the company’s vision and mission.
- Developing and maintaining the HR system in compliance and alignment with company policies and ensure HR practices comply with all legal requirements of government regulations in local & foreign countries.
- Responsible monthly salaries, EPF, Socso, EIS, and PCB for employee in local and contributions to foreign countries authority.
- Explaining company policy towards new employees during orientation and request new staff to sign if they agreed with company’s handbook.
- Preparing performance appraisal form to a supervisor or department head for employer review.
- Managing all Recruitment needs through effective manpower planning and recruiting strategies.
- Responsible for employees’ probation and confirmation, resignation, termination, contract renewal, and other related matters.
- Managing an up-to-date HR database, including employee movements such as new appointments, increments, promotions, bonuses, and other related matters.
- Committing and helping MD create new HR policies and programs for employees.
- Preparing Human resources-related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to both legal requirements and in line with HR Practice.
- Resolving issues between management and employees.
- Coordinating ad-hoc functions organized by the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
