Job Description:
Print all the orders received from customers and branches
Pass the orders to Purchasing department to check stock availability
Issue sales order and email picking slip to warehouse to request serial no/lot no.
After confirmation from warehouse, issue DO & Invoice and pass to Logistic Manager to verify and sign.
Sorting out the DO/Invoice for warehouse to arrange delivery.
Submit invoice to Rehab Center after receive the chop/signed DO from warehouse

Requirements:
Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
At least 2 years experience in similar role Ability to plan, priorities, train and supervise a team of subordinates
Good knowledge and understanding of logistics and inventory management software system Ability to recognize skills deficiencies in employees and recommend appropriate training
Good verbal and written communication skills Team player, supporting and cooperative with team members at all time

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
