ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to our sales team - assist in the preparation of quotations, invoice/delivery orders, reports; coordinating with warehouse and logistics for delivery of goods etc.
  • Responsible for handling sales inquiries and communicate effectively with sales personnel to address their needs via email/Whatsapp
  • Handle claims filing.
  • Assist Manager with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, reconciliations and record keeping.

JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates with a Diploma / Degree
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, multitasking and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has good initiative, follow-up skills, is well-organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage

  • To maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proactive and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Administration: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Bahasa and English (Preferred)
