Job Overview:

Maxhusky Studio is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our reception area, apparel outlet, and dance and piano class scheduling. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for customers, managing retail sales, and coordinating class schedules. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Management
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the studio
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries
  • Manage appointment bookings and provide information about services and classes
  • Apparel Outlet Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of the apparel outlet, including inventory management and sales
  • Ensure the outlet is well-organized, clean, and stocked with the latest merchandise
  • Assist customers with product selection and purchases
  • Dance, Piano and Children’s centre Scheduling
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of dance, piano and children’s centre classes
  • Communicate with instructors and students to confirm class times and any changes
  • Maintain accurate records of class schedules and attendance
  • Customer Check-In and Check-Out
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for customers attending classes and sessions
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork and payments are completed accurately
  • Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
  • Administrative Duties
  • Maintain customer records and update databases as needed
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on studio operations
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail management role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for dance, music, and fitness is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
