  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Plan, organize and motivate a team towards achieving manufacturing objectives.
  • Analyze and organise material resources for maximum quality and productivity.
  • Monitor and train operators to develop workforce capability.
  • Ensure operators adhere to work procedures are carried out in a correct manner.
  • Any task as and when assigned by the Company.
  • To participate fully in upholding the integrity of our company quality system such as ISO 9000 standard also other quality standards as requested by customers.
  • Training the assemblers and providing them adequate knowledge about the process.
  • Allotting the new employees their work places & Make sure follow the Training Procedure OJT.
  • Educating the employees about the organization's rules and regulations and make them to follow it.
  • Motivating the employees in achieving the production goals and targets.
  • Maintaining records and documents of daily production and dispatched goods.
  • Planning employee rules and manage the operators follow matrix to do arrangement in daily basis.
  • Taking important measures on employee safety issues.
  • Communicating with the employees to understand their problems and make necessary changes.
  • Timely manage on Production Defects & Original Defects.

Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s) of experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good people management skills and management of staff.
  • Ability to communicate with factory using their native language.

Requirement:

  • At least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A”Level/Pre-U,Diploma in any field.
  • Good exposure and knowledge in production planning and manpower control.
  • Must possess strong communication skill (both written and verbal), ability to handle and solve spontaneous issue and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
