Key Account Manager
1. Develop, maintain, and extend customer relationships;
2. Develop deep understanding of each customer’s business in order to customize marketing strategy plan;
3. Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from customers;
4. Day-to-day customer relationship management;
5. Responsible for the acquisition for relevant new sales project assigned by management;
6. Responsible to assist sales manager and sales project management team in project implementation and collecting payment;
7. Responsible for the key customer relationship maintenance and new customer relationship development;
8. Together with technical team in establishing, promoting and maintaining company brand image
9. Collect all the needed data from customers and analyze them as per the requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month

Education:
