Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm welcome to patients and visitors facilities efficient check in and check out procedures, and effectively manage appointment scheduling.
- Professionally manage incoming phone calls, messages and efficiency.
- Thoroughly verify patient information and insurance coverage with precision, ensuring meticulous maintenance of patient records.
- Efficiently process payments, including co-payments, and ensure accurate reconciliation of daily transactions.
- Assist healthcare professionals by performing patient care tasks, such as obtaining vital signs, conducting routine tests, and accurately recording patient data.
- Maintain a hygienic and organized clinic environment, including examination rooms, waiting areas, and equipment.
- Manage inventory by promptly ordering and restocking medical and office supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Strictly adhere to clinic protocols and procedures, prioritizing the confidentiality of patient and clinic information.
- Effectively communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families, conveying information clearly and professionally.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to stay current on clinic procedures, regulations, and technological advancements.
- Consistently uphold clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and administer long-term medication under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Aged 21-40 years old
- Minimum SPM
- Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to perform Administrative and Clinical tasks as required to support the daily operation of the clinic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
