A. Line of Reporting:-
1. You shall report directly to the immediate superior.
2. You shall co-ordinate your daily tasks with the staff at all level.
B. Job Responsibilities:-
1. Responsible for matters relating to the overall surveying operations and surveying support to the sites.
2. Responsible to take Site Measurement, issuance of certification of Work Order.
3. Responsible to prepare the Monthly Progress Claim for sub-contractors.
4. To assist in any contractual issues.
5. Responsible in preparing contract and final accounts for sub-contractors.
6. Ensures that all surveying activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manners, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
7. Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the surveying functions within VTS Group of Companies.
8. Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
9. Amalgamate existing structures and resources to ensure efficient use of resources and add value to the surveying function.
C. Job Task:-
- Ensure that the Quality System continues to operate in line with:-
- the specified policies and procedures
- the requirements of ISO
- Responsible to initiate improvements in the Quality System, make proper recommendation, follow-up and take the necessary action(s).
- Conduct boundary, topographic, photogrammetric, construction and related land surveys.
- Assist sites for the alignment, elevation and position of structures and piles points.
- Responsible to implement innovative ideas and surveying work methodology that guarantee optimum operations.
- Responsible to identify, set an implement operation standards for the surveying works under your charge.
- Execute daily surveying assignments and related activities assigned by the superior.
- Set an example of honesty and professionalism inside and outside of the Company.
- Attend training as and when required by the Management.
- Performs all other scope of works and/or responsibilities which can vary, from time-to-time, as instructed by the Management.
- In all circumstances, as a team member of the Company, you shall be required to assist in any Company event and activity that is held.
