- Possess at least a qualification in SPM or above.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (read, speak and type)
- Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours’ rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1.5 hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Cheras, Selangor
- Able to join intake date: 24 March 2025
Responsibility
· Handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers’ general inquiries.
· Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
· Handle customer’s with professional manner to maintain customer’s satisfaction
· Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
