- Update and maintain employee’s records in the system related to payroll
- Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
- Create new employee personal particulars entry, update employees data and ensure data accuracy in Human Resource Information system
- Handle and resolve queries on payroll matters including provide payroll related information for audit purpose to auditors.
- Record employee benefits and deductions in software.
- Perform investigation of discrepancies and errors in payroll system
- Ensure company equipment and facilities are well function and maintained.
