Key Responsibilities: 1. New Product Introduction (NPI) & Life Cycle Management (LCM) - Oversee quality planning, assurance, and control throughout product development. 2. Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) - Establish quality criteria, process controls, and inspection protocols for new products. 3. Product Testing & Compliance - Ensure all new products meet regulatory, industry, and customer standards, preparing for certifications and inspections. 4. Problem-Solving & Risk Management - Conduct 8D reports, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for product defects. 5. Customer Satisfaction & Feedback - Analyze customer feedback, address complaints, and drive improvements based on market insights. 6. Continuous Improvement - Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and quality optimization strategies to enhance product performance and reduce defects. 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and customer support to ensure quality is built into product design and production. 8. Team Leadership & Development - Train and mentor the product quality team, ensuring they are equipped to uphold high-quality standards. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. - Experience in quality management for Home Appliances, Personal Care, or similar consumer products. - Knowledge of APQP, Six Sigma, and regulatory compliance for product manufacturing. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence.
