· Handling day-to-day accounting & finance operation · Handling full set accounts, month-end & year-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliation & schedule, bank reconciliation, fixed assets register & depreciation schedule and intercompany transactions. · Preparing financial report and monthly management accounts, perform monthly variance & trend analysis, cash flow report and all necessary reports as required by superior to review within the timeline. · Liaise closely with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other external parties on accounting, tax & financial related matters. · Handling office administration works, issue purchase order, vendor management, filing, correspondence and etc. · Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements: • Bachelor degree or professional degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent • Minimum 1 - 3 years of working experience in the related field • Able to handle full set of accounts • Able to work independently • Computer literate with accounting software • Mature personality in excellent interpersonal and communication skill
