Ensure all stock transactions are properly documented and comply with company policies. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in stock counts or records. 3. Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular inventory reports, including stock levels, usage trends, and replenishment needs. Provide actionable insights to management regarding inventory optimization and cost control. Maintain organized records of purchase orders, delivery notes, and stock transfers. 4. Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with the Inventory Controller, procurement team, scheduler, and technicians to ensure smooth inventory operations. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of stock and resolve any supply chain issues. Collaborate with the scheduler to assign stock to technicians based on sales orders. Liaise with technicians to ensure accurate stock on hand, manage stock returns, and coordinate stock delivery for installations or services. Assist in the implementation of inventory management best practices and process improvements. 5. Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all inventory processes adhere to company policies and industry standards. Inspect incoming stock for quality and accuracy, reporting any defects or discrepancies. Support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. 6. Additional Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain records of returned devices sent for troubleshooting, ensuring timely return of repaired devices from the technical department. Assist in packing and arranging stock for technicians, ensuring they have the necessary equipment for their assignments."
