Visual Display Responsibilities a. Create visually appealing store layouts and product displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales. b. Ensure consistency in brand identity across all store displays and promotional setups. c. Plan and execute seasonal displays, promotions, and in-store branding. d. Monitor competitor displays and trends to improve in-store aesthetics. 2. Store Visits & Implementation a. Regularly visit stores to ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed. b. Work closely with the retail team to maintain display standards. 3. Collaboration a. Work with the marketing and sales teams to align visual merchandising strategies with promotional campaigns. b. Coordinate with suppliers and store teams to ensure timely delivery of display materials. 4. Creativity & Trend Analysis a. Stay updated with the latest retail and fashion trends to enhance store visuals. b. Suggest improvements in product presentation based on customer behaviour and feedback. 5. Able to work under minimum supervision & independently. 6. Any other ad hoc work deemed necessary by the Management. Qualifications 1. Communication and Customer Service skills 2. Sales and Retail experience 3. Marketing knowledge 4. Strong organizational and time management skills 5. Attention to detail and creativity in product display 6. Ability to work well in a team 7. Experience in merchandising or retail industry is a plus
