Responsibilities - Handle AR Modules. - Key Petty Cash claim - Order office expenses stuffs - Prepare Sales Proposal - Administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. - Supporting internal department with various projects and tasks as needed.. Requirements - Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ /Banking/Business Administration or its equivalent. - Preferably with experience in basic accounting and administrative works. - Experienced in account receivable is an advantage. - Attention to details and thorough in follow-up. Possess good co-ordination and organization skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Must be computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft, particularly Excel & - Word. - Mandarin Speaking is needed - Malaysian Only.
