Business Growth & Sales Development

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Present solutions effectively by understanding client pain points and positioning the right offerings.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure client needs are met without requiring deep technical expertise.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by offering value-driven insights, not just products.
    • Follow up consistently to ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.

      Communication & Problem-Solving

      • Simplify technical concepts so that clients can easily understand how our solutions benefit them.
      • Address client concerns and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
      • Stay updated on market trends and client feedback to continuously improve offerings.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome! A background in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Eager to learn and grow within a client-facing role..
  • Cheerful, proactive, and positive mindset—a natural at engaging with people.
