Job Responsibilities: - Receive and understand campaign briefs from the Marketing team, then brief agencies and suppliers. - Understand brand goals and find opportunities to strengthen branding and engagement through activations. - Evaluate current market trends and identify areas for improvement. - Manage in-store and out-of-store activities, ensuring smooth execution and addressing issues quickly. - Collaborate with agencies and suppliers on activation plans to meet campaign objectives with the requestor and sales team. - Lead discussions between requestors and agencies in meetings. - Build and maintain good relationships with agencies to improve performance. - Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. - Develop and maintain project plans, including budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Track and maximize ROI (Return on Investment) and KPIs. - Analyze sales and post-campaign reports for future improvements. - Raise PO and OPSO requests and track progress in the system. - Manage invoice and payment systems, including vendor account management, queries, and tracking. - Analyze spending by product categories/brands and suggest improvements. - Ensure timely payments to maintain good relationships with external partners. - Work closely with brand managers on sponsorship requests. - Collaborate with agencies and brand managers on inventory management.
