  • Customer Support:Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to cable services. Assist customers with inquiries about billing, service plans, technical issues, and account management.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps for cable TV, internet, or phone services.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM. Have minimum of 1-year of customer service experience most welcome.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin & English. (Must be able to speak Mandarin to ensure smooth communication with end-user support).
  • Need to be a fast learner as we are a fast-paced company.
  • Great attention to details and excellent problem-solving skill.
  • 5 day working 2 days off in a week (Mon-Sun; 9 hour/shift).
