List of Tasks/Responsibilities: • Social Media Management and Content Creation:  Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the Company’s overall objectives. • Content Production:  Generate engaging and creative content (text, images, video) for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. • Community Engagement:  Manage daily posts, interact with followers, monitor social media channels, and respond to customer inquiries. • Analytics & Reporting:  Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to enhance audience engagement and reach. • Collaboration:  Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, and product) to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging. • Podcast Production, Including Booking Guests:  Concept & Planning: Develop podcast themes and episode ideas that resonate with the target audience and support the Company’s brand. • Guest Coordination:  Research, identify, and book relevant guests, ensuring a diverse range of expert voices and industry insights. • Production Management:  Oversee the recording, editing, and post-production processes to maintain high-quality audio standards. • Distribution & Promotion:  Manage the publishing schedule across various platforms and develop promotional strategies to grow listenership. • Quality Control:  Ensure every episode aligns with brand values and meets the technical quality requirements. • Website Creation and Management:  Website Development: Lead the creation, design, and continuous improvement of the Company’s website to ensure a user-friendly experience.  Content Management: Regularly update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current marketing campaigns.  Technical Oversight: Collaborate with IT and design teams to troubleshoot issues, implement SEO best practices, and monitor website performance using analytics tools.  User Experience: Ensure that the website reflects the Company’s branding and effectively communicates its services and initiatives. • Soliciting Agencies or Advertisers for Sponsorship Opportunities:  Market Research: Identify potential sponsors, advertisers, and partner agencies that align with the Company’s brand values and objectives. • Proposal Development:  Create and present compelling sponsorship proposals and pitch decks that detail the mutual benefits of a partnership. • Negotiation & Relationship Management:  Engage in negotiations, finalize sponsorship deals, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure successful partnerships. • Performance Monitoring:  Track sponsorship outcomes and ROI, providing regular reports to inform future strategies. • General Media Consulting and Related Services:  Strategic Advising: Provide expert advice on emerging media trends, digital marketing best practices, and innovative content strategies.  Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of multimedia campaigns, ensuring cohesive integration across various platforms.  Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure all media initiatives support the Company’s overall marketing and communication goals.  Additional Responsibilities: Manage ad hoc media-related projects and respond to any additional service requirements as directed by senior management.
