  • SPM/ Certificates or Diploma in Retail Sales Management or equivalent.
  • Previous retail and/or sales experience a major plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and relay complex information.
  • Friendly, helpful, and engaging personality.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Computer literate.
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
  • Physically fit, able to work long hours on one's feet.
