- Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate records of work permit and MM2H documentation.
- Support the preparation of basic documents related to expatriate and MM2H management.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Provide general support to the team in daily office operations.
- Assist in updating internal databases with relevant information on clients.
- Help fill out forms and scan files as needed.
- Maintain proper document control and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and other office activities.
- Prepare process flowcharts to streamline administrative procedures and ensure efficient workflow.
- Create and design slides for presentations related to client briefings, internal meetings, and project updates.
- Perform other general office duties as required to support the administrative team.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft or WPS.
- Good organizational skills.
