Administrative Assistant
• Manage internal company accounts, including recording daily expenses, handling reimbursements, and organizing financial data.
• Organize, archive, and manage various company documents, such as contracts, invoices, and reports.
• Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee file management, attendance tracking, and recruitment support.
• Handle administrative tasks such as office supply procurement, meeting arrangements, and daily operations management.
• Manage external communications, including responding to emails and organizing documents.
• Assist in organizing internal company meetings and events, including taking meeting minutes and following up on action items.
• Support other departments with documentation and internal coordination.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration or finance.
• Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with basic financial management and HR processes is a plus.
• Ability to independently handle document and data management tasks.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, speaking, writing, and comprehension) is required.
