- Ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Process reimbursement forms
- Prepare bank deposits
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
- Follow up client's payment

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Familiar in SQL Accounting system (more preferable)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g SQL,IRS & etc)
- Organization skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
