ADMINISTRATION

  • To maintain files and records such as incoming & outgoing correspondence.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence to respective department(s).
  • Assist in office management & project management.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Performed other office duties as assigned. (Office Support)
  • Maintain office supplies for department(s).

    OTHERS

    • To handle any other tasks assigned.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa.
  • Preferably Mandarin Speaking
  • Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
