Tender Management

To prepare for tender submission, including requesting for quotations from supplier and sub- contractors.

Claims

Provide administrative support and maintain all required project information throughout each project for claim purpose
To ensure the claim date are Up to date and comprehensive
To perform quantities and measurement take off
To prepare interim claims to the main contractors/clients
To prepare interim valuation and certification for sub-contractors’ claims
To verify the claim progress, VO, final account, claims and etc.
To maintain project costing and prepare projects final accounts

Site Visit/ Inspection

Conducts site visits and meetings with clients, consultants and project personnel to monitor and keep track of project progress and future work

Others

To administer and coordinate site orders of materials with procurement where necessary
To handle any other tasks assigned.

Candidates must possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
Have at least 1-2 years experiences in the related work.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Able to prepare bills of quantity
Knowledge in progressing claims and posing contract works
Must be self-motivated and have proactive approach
Have a good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Multitasking Skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
