Key Responsibilities(1) Employer Branding and Marketing Strategy- Develop and implement an employer branding strategy aligned with the company’s culture and values.
- Enhance employer brand image through creative storytelling and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and authenticity.
(2) Social Media & Content Management- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media plan across social and recruitment platforms.
- Design engaging and visually appealing content to represent the brand.
- Identify and collaborate with influential creators to increase brand awareness.
Education Background- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Experience- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment marketing, or employer branding is a plus.
Skills & Abilities- Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual aesthetic skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
