- Develop and maintain relationships with automotive workshops
- Conduct regular client visits to establish long-term partnerships and provide product recommendations
- Plan and execute sales strategies, follow up on orders, and achieve sales targets
- Expand market reach, identify new clients, and develop new sales channels
- Present and promote lubricant products, educating clients on features and benefits
- Manage customer data, record client information, and schedule follow-ups
- Gather market insights and provide valuable feedback to improve business strategies

Lubricant Sales Representative – Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Language(s) Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Own transportation (car/motorcycle) and willing to travel for client visits
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to establish long-term relationships with automotive workshops
- No experience required, as long as you are willing to learn – hands-on training provided
- Self-disciplined and good time management skills, able to schedule and manage client visits independently
- Goal-oriented and sales-driven, motivated to earn high commissions
- Basic customer data management skills, familiar with WhatsApp, Excel, or other related tools
- Comfortable with field sales, no fixed office location
