  • Responsible for assisting in Human Resource functions, including recruitment, administration, and other HR-related matters
  • Process payroll-related matters on time, including liaising with vendors and outsourced payroll providers and preparing related reports for submission
  • Manage staff onboarding and offboarding procedures, including personal document collection, email and access card assignment, workstation allocation, company policy briefing, new staff orientation, and exit interviews
  • Maintain an effective staff management system, address staff issues, and offer management solutions in compliance with labor regulations
  • Monitor and ensure timely processing of staff evaluation reports, confirmations, contract renewals, promotions, salary adjustments, appraisals, and bonuses
  • Update and maintain employee data in the system and hard copy filing
  • Prepare, update, and recommend human resource policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Handle administrative matters
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Well-versed in Malaysian labor laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional working fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malaysia
  • Work location: Seremban Negeri Sembilan
