  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.
  • Provide internal sales support to the sales team, including generating quotations, confirmation orders, sales orders, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.
  • Handle sales order processing, follow up on delivery status, and track collections.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM level or higher education.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good command of English, Malay, and Chinese.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills, independent, and self-motivated.
  • Able to start work immediately will be considered.

Working hours:

8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
  • Yearly increment.
  • Yearly bonus.
