- Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.
- Provide internal sales support to the sales team, including generating quotations, confirmation orders, sales orders, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.
- Handle sales order processing, follow up on delivery status, and track collections.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level or higher education.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Well-versed with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is compulsory.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, and self-motivated.
- Able to start work immediately will be considered.
Working hours:
8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
- Yearly increment.
