Responsibility
Training & Development:- Participate in a structured training program covering multiple departments.
- Gain hands-on experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, and administration.
- Work closely with senior managers and mentors to understand business processes.
Operational Support:- Assist in day-to-day business operations and project execution.
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Team Collaboration:
Education & Experience:- Internship in Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:- Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
Other Requirements:- Must be proficient in Mandarin communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong initiative and a proactive approach to learning.
- Willingness to travel or relocate, if required.
