Responsibility

Training & Development:

  • Participate in a structured training program covering multiple departments.
  • Gain hands-on experience in operations, sales, marketing, finance, and administration.
  • Work closely with senior managers and mentors to understand business processes.

    Operational Support:

    • Assist in day-to-day business operations and project execution.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

      Team Collaboration:

      • Work with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
      • Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning.
      • Develop leadership skills by leading small projects or initiatives.

        Customer & Market Insights:

        • Engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
        • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
        • Assist in developing marketing plans and customer engagement strategies.

          Performance Evaluation & Growth:

          • Track progress and provide regular reports on learning and achievements.
          • Receive feedback from mentors and supervisors to enhance skills.
          • Work towards securing a permanent role within the company upon successful completion of the program.

Education & Experience:

  • Internship in Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.

      Other Requirements:

      • Must be proficient in Mandarin communication.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
      • Strong initiative and a proactive approach to learning.
      • Willingness to travel or relocate, if required.
