  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

    Key Responsibilities:1. Project Supervision:

    • Oversee daily wet works activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to specifications.
    • Coordinate with teams, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.

      2. Quality Control:

      • Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations.
      • Conduct pre- and post-construction inspections and document findings.

        3. Health & Safety:

        • Enforce safety protocols and conduct weekly Toolbox Talks.
        • Report and address safety issues promptly.

          4. Team Management:

          • Supervise bricklayers, plasterers, tilers, and general workers.
          • Assign tasks and monitor productivity.

            5. Communication & Coordination:

            • Act as the primary on-site contact for subcontractors.
            • Provide daily progress updates, inspection results, and client feedback.

              6. Documentation & Record-Keeping:

              • Maintain records to track progress, defects, and inspection outcomes.
              • Organize important photos and documents systematically.

  • Experience: Extensive experience in wet works (bricklaying, plastering, skimming, tiling) and site supervision.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications: Valid CIDB GREEN card, CIDB certification (preferred).
  • Attitude: Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent results.
