Role Description
- This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Executive at 338 Airconditioning Services (Singapore).
- The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service inquiries, and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.
Qualifications
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
