  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Executive at 338 Airconditioning Services (Singapore).
  • The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service inquiries, and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications

  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction
  • Customer Support and Customer Service Management
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to handle Customer Inquiries and Resolve Issues Effectively
  • Experience in a Customer Service role is preferred
  • This is a work from office role.
  • Experience in customer service or admin roles is a plus.
  • Salary monthly: 3500-5500myr monthly.
