Event Planning and Execution:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute promotional events to drive product and brand awareness.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure seamless execution of events. Manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

    Promotion Strategy:

    • Develop and implement sales-driven promotional campaigns.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to design promotional materials and ensure consistency in messaging. Monitor the performance of promotions and provide post-campaign analysis.

      Sales Alignment:

      • Collaborate with the sales team to identify promotional items and sales strategies. Track sales performance related to events and promotions and recommend adjustments for improvement.
      • Engage with customers during events to gather feedback and enhance their experience. Market Analysis:
      • Research market trends and competitors to develop innovative promotional ideas. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events and promotions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
