Job Responsibility
- Develop, implement and monitor safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- To conduct tool box meeting, regular safety inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Prepare for daily inspection report, weekly report and monthly report.
- Conducting a safety and health meeting on site project.
- To liaise with the relevant authorities to promptly resolve any site issues, creating analytical reports of safety data.
- Responsible in audit & inspection.
- Plan, co-ordinate and conduct HSE activities, training and program.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and relevant government officials (e.g.: DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, KEMENTERIAN KESIHATAN & CIDB) to identify and resolve health, safety and environment issues.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior/management as and when required.
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in OSHA.
- Possess a Valid Yellow Book Holder (Site Safety Supervisor) or a Valid Green Book Holder (Safety and Health Officer) and registered with DOSH/NIOSH.
- Active Oil & Gas Safe Passport (OGSP).
- At least 3 years of HSE experiences in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industries (preferred) or manufacturing.
- Knowledge in ISO requirements.
- Analytical and enquiring mind.
- Energetic with a âCan doâ attitude.
- Disciplined and team player.
- Good written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to travel (Malaysia/Overseas).
