- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and photocopying
- Perform data entry tasks
- Assist in resolving administrative issues
- Answer customer calls and handle inquiries
- Prepare and edit documents, including letters, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers
- Maintain office supplies for the department
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong team player with a mature personality, able to work independently under pressure
- Customer-oriented with excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
