Job Responsibilities: - Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities including computing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime claims, payroll deductions and others. - Job posting, advertising and screening resume. - Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation. - Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and feedback processes. - Maintain ISO documentation and procedure. - Ensure workplace safety standards and compliance with health regulations. - Manage employee benefits and staff welfare. - Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll. - Responsible to input and maintaining data entry for employees' particulars in HRIS system, to administer leave records, employee's personal payroll records including banking information are in the payroll system. - Ensure compliance by following policies and procedures. - Liaise with the insurance agent for insurance renewal, staff movement, insurance claim etc. - Leave/attendance Management by timely checking on daily attendance and reportPreparation and timely submission of statutory documents & payments to relevant government authorities, e.g., EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, Zakat, PTPTN, HRDF etc. - Reconciliation of payroll reports and generating monthly payroll-related report to Finance Department. - Maintains and create a positive atmosphere and culture within the Company that allow for communication that ensure positive morale among employees. - Any ad hoc tasks required by management. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource (HR) preferably in services development. - Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must). - Possess strong knowledge of HR process and understanding of Labour Laws and well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Human Resource Management System. - Detail-oriented, proactive, team player and able to work under pressure. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Resourceful and have good networking. Able to determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result. - High confidentiality and ability to manage confidential employees’ information. - Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
