1) General Operation ( Region – Central, Northern & East Malaysia )  To assisting the on-site day-to-day operations to ensure the facility operations are delivered in line with the specification and contract as agreed with Mydin.  To works in cooperation with management and service subcontractors.  To assist in daily communication between contractor, in house with department  The FM administrator will perform general administrative office tasks, compile all quotation, breakdown report from branches, filing and day to day administration. 2) Duties and Responsibility  Manage of admin function for all quotation facility management department  Responsible for daily quotation, purchase order and follow up  To assist create new vendor code for all company.  To assist to get approval for all quotation from HOD & BOD before PO or GRN creation.  Raising purchase order and Good Return Note  Establishes and maintain filing system for quotation & services provider report.  Coordinates meetings and department events.  Dealing with request / compliments / complaints from managers ( all level ), staff, vendors, services provide, customers and contractors enquiries via the front desk phone and email.  Ensure follow up calls for any outstanding jobs to ensure job closure,  Manage third party contractor to ensure that they deliver services in a timely manner and in accordance with original brief.  Maintain master Listing of quotation.
