  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Description As a Web Application Developer, you will be developing and testing new web applications using a variety of technologies and frameworks. Maintaining and fixing issues for existing websites and web applications will be part of your duties and responsibilities apart from authoring and evaluating code to ensure that it meets industry standards and is compatible with various browsers, devices, and/or operating systems. You will also be determining user needs based on technical requirements and creating and maintaining well-written documentation. Key Accountabilities Web Application Developer will be measured according to the metric below, on a five (5) score rating scale: 1. Quality - “Did you successfully deliver the promise?” - On time delivery of project deliverables * Delivered the outcome within committed deadline 90% of the time. - Outcome delivered as per project specifications * Keeping average score of <5% on Feedback Tracker of the following criteria: • Missing requirements from the client / project specifications • Repeated feedback - Outcome delivered as per specifications consistently * Adhered to "No Tolerance Checklist" 100% of the time & Maintains an average Quality Assurance score above 85%. 2. Quality - “Where do you stand with industry expectations?" - Time spent on an outcome is within project or budgeted mandays. * Delivered the outcome within +10% of the bidded mandays: 3. New Competency - “Can you do things now that you couldn’t before?” - Successful application of new skills on a project​ which resulted in: * New opportunities/upsell as a direct result of new capabilities * Improved efficiency (time spent is less than budget) * Improved quality • Demonstration of new skill on a project task​ 4. Improvement of Existing Competency - “Are you getting better at what you do?” - Improved efficiency of existing skills, when comparing before/after completion time​ which resulted in: * Reduced frequency of repeat mistakes​ * Improved efficiency (time spent is less than budget) * Improved quality • Demonstration of growth/improvement of existing skills Key Competencies Web Application Developer will possess the following competencies: 1.
