Telesurveyor (Outbound Calls)

Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Representatives to join our team. No prior experience is required—just a keen interest in sales, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. This role involves making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our products/services. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote our products/services. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. To arrange appointment between client and sales person. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Continuously learn about products, services, and sales techniques. Requirements: No prior experience needed—training will be provided. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Confidence and enthusiasm in speaking with customers. A goal-driven and self-motivated mindset. Ability to handle rejection and stay positive. Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel is required. Preferred Qualities: Passion for sales and customer interaction. Willingness to learn and improve.
