Oracle Functional Consultant (Short term contract)

Oracle Functional Consultant Required Skill Sets: • 2–4 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including understanding Oracle architecture and databases. • Ability to create detailed functional specification documents, user training materials, and test plans, as well as maintain issue trackers. • Skills in analyzing business processes and translating them into Oracle solutions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and interacting with clients and stakeholders. • Experience in conducting training sessions for end-users and administrators. • Ability to address challenges in Oracle development independently of prior team insights • Ability to troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and assess the impact of changes. • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and process mapping. • Flexibility to adapt to changing client requirements or project scopes. Responsibilities /Tasks (but not limited to): • Update necessary documentation including, but not limited to: o Functional Specification Document o Job Aid o Test Plan o UAT Issue Tracker o User Training Materials o Deployment Checklist o Hypercare Checklist o Admin Handover Document • Create new business/ technical documentation as requested by the client. • Conduct an admin handover session for knowledge transfer.
