RECREATION MANAGER

Job Description • Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates the operations of recreation program areas and facility operations • Develop, recommend and implement effective maintenance and safety guidelines on operational policies and procedures to ensure participant safety and responsible risk management • Conduct routine inspections and ensure program facilities are properly maintained • To come up with creative ideas and plans for the hotel activities from time to time • Maximize public understanding and increase awareness of the benefits of recreation in the Resort • Develop promotional content related to special events for seasonal recreation guides, program brochures, newsletters, Resort’s website, and other marketing materials to maximize community outreach and public participation • Deal effectively with incidents, problems, and emergencies • Respond courteously and effectively to guests inquiries • Performs any other duties as assigned by the Management Requirements • Minimum 5 years of work experience in similar or related position • Capable of conducting Yoga classes is a prerequisite • Must possess excellent PR and communication skills • Strong ability to engage with customers and strong leadership skills • Ability to effectively deal with guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner • Must be able to work on shifts rotation whenever required on weekends, Public Holidays and peak seasons period to cater the business / operational needs
