Marketing Associate

Job Description: Manage and oversee Sales department overall function. Develop business growth plans and sales strategies to increase market share, generate additional sales revenues, and improve profitability of the company. Mentoring, training, and coaching team members to successfully close business. Maintain and foster relationship with existing and new customers to ensure continuous success accounts. Perform sales activities for major accounts and at the same time develop and generate new sales accounts or new opportunities to the company. Formulate and implement all sales policies, practice, and Standard Operating Procedures. Monitor KPI performance for sales department and conduct periodic review on the progress of Sales personnel. Liaison with internal department functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives as necessary. Accomplish department and organization mission and objective by completing related result as needed. Responsible on payment collection from customers. Train and supervise all subordinates under your coverage. Conduct appraisal of staffs and periodic evaluation including confirmation of employment. Prepare and provide monthly KPI report."
